Turn on my hardware radio switch on sony vaio?

i JUST bought this yesterday, and I had recently EXCHANGED IT a short time ago the day before for a inaccurate one. ugh. My sony vaio is a EA24FM, and it'll have these moments where i'll hold internet for 20 minutes, then suddenly it'll go away and read out, "hardware radio switch is disabled" but i don't even know where it is or how to turn it on? help? or should i a short time ago return this laptop?:/

The switch is located in the very front of the laptop...not here hand side. The indicator on Light is right beside the switch.

1 Click Start, All Programs, and SmartWi Connection Utility.
2 Click SmartWi Connection Utility Help.

Return the Laptop, if they werent able to fix it the first time, theyre not gonna be able to fix it the second time.. return it, procure ur money back and get a different one ;) remember other go for INTEL type of thing on computers, never move about for the AMD stuff ;)
