Questions give or take a few purchase of computers?

I bought an ASUS K50IP notebook on jb hifi a few weeks ago. its os is windows 7 premiun. after a few days since i bought it, it randomly freezes. the lone solution for it is to reboot. the keyboard doesnt respond well any (for example, i type 'because', only ' bcause' will appear in the monitor).its webcam isnt responding resourcefully. sometimes i need to restart the computer in lay down to open the webcam. im starting to regret that i bought this notebook. could i claim this one in the store? is it possible to replace this one next to a much expensive notebook and ill just wage the difference? help please.

If it's defective, you can try to get it replaced. It depends on their warranty policy and stuff. Sorry to hear that you have a bad experience... I bought an Asus F50SF1 and it wasn't very biddable either... I think probably I'll stay away from Asus in the future.
Sounds defective, you can contact those guys you get it from since its only been a few weeks and try to bring back it fixed. Not sure about getting a new one and paying the difference, haven't done that formerly.
