Laptop warranty worth it?
Hey guys i just bought my laptop today for a little more than 650$. It's a hp laptop. Im freshly wondering if its worth it buying 150$ 2 year warranty or 250$ 3 year warranty? Thanks!

Usually, if something will fail, it will fail inside the first month. Most stores give you the option of waiting 30 days beforehand you buy an extended warranty. If not, make sure that the warranty covers EVERYTHING (including batteries-most don't, and batteries will go wrong first). In 3 years, you will be buying a new computer anyway, so do you really want to have an invalid computer repaired?
How much abuse are you planning on putting your laptop through? If it's just for home/office type work, you don't stipulation it. You have an initial warranty of what? 1 year? Laptops are so cheap now that getting warranty is a lavish of money, unless you plan on using your laptop on the beach or something. Besides, technology progress so quickly that you want to buy a clean laptop before your extended warranty even expire. Save your money buy a good antivirus/firewall software. It might be worth it if it covers involuntary damages. If not, then totally not worth it. Don't forget that your laptop already comes with a 1 year warranty.
It is NOT Worth it. If anything happen its much cheaper to get it fixed at a bestbuy or anything. IF anything happens. Unless you plan on dropping your laptop from 5 stories later you need it!
