What would be the best laptop to purchase?
I have $1800 to spend so what is the best laptop at the best price. I really don't want to spend over 1,000 on one unless that includes everything. Also im looking at Core processor at I4 or I5 speed maybe I3 if every entity else is good. 4 g memory and it has to be a PC I enjoy an apple already.

seeing how you phrased your question, you might not be too good near computers. maybe sticking with a mac is a better hypothesis ;) Its just so dumb down how can anyone mess it up?
U have a long way t move about, before u get this computer colloquial speech stuff down, PC means desktop, all processor's r core's, & they don't jump in speed's, u probably want a dual r quad core, 2.5 Ghz, that would mean, 5 Ghz f the dual, & 10 for quad, memory is call RAM, & Apple computer's r called MAC's, I don't know what the latest Mac OS is, but they come within 32 bit & 64 bit, I think, I'm a windows man. All that a side ur want 1 beside a DVD/RW it can double as ur CD-ROM, DVD/RW is a burner, for burning ur songs & DVD movies. Now Sony Vaio has a new 1 out, Overstock.com, is have a sale with 25 t 50% bad, check it out.:) Source(s): Charles

There is no i4. i3 and i5 are processors. Well I would highly recommend another Apple computer. You can get an excellent MacBook Pro next to an i5 processor. You can upgrade the memory to 4gb and all this is $200-$500 less than your maximum price. If is have to be a PC for some odd program or reason, grasp an HP with an i7 processor (even faster) and 4gb of RAM. Go to bestbuy.com and build it. They make it for you and convey it to you. All that, I assume, will be $400-$900 dollars cheaper than your maximum price. Good luck!
I find that the best gaming laptop you can get right presently is the ASUS Republic of Gamers G51JX-X3 15.6-Inch Gaming Laptop (Blue) because of its high end graphics card and it have an i5. It also has a powerful audio system. I'm using it now and i can't find a spectator sport I can't run on all high details. It'll solitary cost you a $1000 by the way.
