This case seems like it would be great EXCEPT there is no protection on the inside from the zipper to prevent your computer from getting scratched. DUH!
Also, the pocket on the outside is too small to fit anything other than maybe a couple cds (but no jewel cases).
This is an example of a product with good materials and well brought-up intentions but seriously BAD design. They dropped the ball.

I got a pink one of these for my wife's Macbook, she loves it. Good protection and storage for the minimalist. She carries a power supply, Bluetooth mouse, memory card reader, and more in the side pockets. THE CASE IS VERY SNUG, there for it will not fit your Macbook if you have a cover on it.

I can't think of any ways to improve this product. My Mobile Edge actually outlasted my dated Dell. I now have a 12.1 inch Dell Latitude D420 but I will never give up this 13-inch model for a smaller laptop sleeve since I like to stick my lecture notes in the sleeve with my laptop instead of bringing my backpack around.

The side carrying loop is surprisingly strong as it uses a parachute type stitching. I wouldn't trust swinging my laptop around by holding the carry loop but it is so adjectives pulling out the laptop sleeve out of my backpack.

Double zippers are a plus in case one fails.

Small outer pocket can easily fit my headphones, external hard drive, or even my power adapter.

This sleeve has lasted three years of my undergrad life and I hold no doubt of it failing anytime soon.

I had so much trouble finding a case to fit my new MacBook Pro 13" (purchased August 2009). This case fits perfectly! It is a little snug, but it makes me feel similar to my laptop is not going to go anywhere. The case stands up to a lot of use (I bring it in my backpack to school everyday), and the outside pocket is perfect for the power cord, headphones, thumb drive, etc. I couldn't be happier with this case.

If you get a macbook pro 13" unibody...this is the PERFECT sleeve for it! Fits perfectly with extra room for storage. Although the storage are seems a little tight for the macbook charger. I don't put the charger inside...b/c I'm afraid it'll eventually penetrate through to the macbook bodyguardz covers and leave an indention. But other then that, it's beautiful, feels smooth, and clever!

I have had many different laptop bags and sleeves over the years. Out of the sleeves I have purchased, I like this one the most. It offers a decent sized pocket with a zipper, which is terribly nice so stuff doesn't fall out. It fits my 13.3 inch laptop snugly and securely (obviously this depends on the laptop - mine is an ASUS UL30A-X5). The construction is solid too - I feel like it could take some shock damage.

There are only a couple things I don't care for, and they are extremely picky. The carrying strap never quite feel right when using it. I would prefer a strap on the top or bottom, or just a different one on the side. The little Mobile Edge rubber icon thing seems pointless too, and looks tacky. These are literally my only two issues with it. This is a great sleeve.

This is a high quality sleeve. The neoprene is thicker compared to travel case logics. I'm using it with a Macbook 13" and the sleeve is a perfect fit. It also has a pocket on the outside- prefect for a mouse, apple power adapter, or flash drives. There is also an interior lining that protects the laptop from the zipper. Buy this!! You will not regret it!

I totally liked this sleeve. It's perfect for my asus UL30a (13.3"). It also came with an inside antiscratch zipper protector. The only point, and it's a really minor one, is that it's a little heavy (it's also the reason for beeing such a good protection in case of a shock). After 20 days of use, still smell like a new one.

This sleeve seems to fit my Asus UL30A pretty perfect. It is a tight enough fit from side to side I had to remove my mouse dongle which is only about a half an inch long. The package it comes in says it is made for the mac 13in. but it works with mine so thats not a problem. It also have a nice little zipper compartment to hold extra stuff. The strap is big enough to slide up around your wrist and carry it like that.

I ordered this case because I didn't want to spend $40 - $50 for a case in the Mac store. It's a great case! Fits perfect, very economically made, would highly recommend.
