I received this item and while it clearly states on the product page that it is for the Macbook Pro 13 inch, the port cutouts are totally wrong. Had to return it to Amazon. I ended up getting one directly from Incipio and it's great, so my one star rating is for this item being incorrectly listed here. One note, this is not an easy case to remove so be careful if you have to take it sour, and also it could use more stain resistance. It takes a lot of effort to get finger oils off of it.

Fits without blemish and doesn't crack like some other case. Although it is little bit pricey, i'd reccomend this to everyone who want a case for their macbook pro.

While this is lightweight and durable the cutouts on the side block the SD card slot, audio plug-in and one of the USB ports. Not good. I liked it well enough to actually modify this with a tremendously sharp knife and some effort. The SD slot is still blocked, I didn't want to cut too much off the side for fear of the bottom not fitting well. So don't buy this if you have the new 13" Mac Book pro (bought mine in Aug. 2009). It won't work well unless you want to modify it yourself. It is made of a impressively hard plastic and it is not easy to cut. I knew if I messed it up I had just tossed $50 away. Once I modified it I have been very happy beside how light it is and I haven't taken it off to see if it has protected the cover well, but i am assuming it is fine. The bottom is a little difficult to get off - so it is not a case that I would recommend taking on and off if you obligation to use the slots on the side. This is pricey and there may be other options out there that now work for the version of the Mac Book pro.

I absolutely love my cover. I sure hope you carry the incipio cover for the IPad.
