I ordered this battery for my Vaio VGN-FS500, a laptop that is listed as compatible in the product title. I paid extra to have the battery delivered contained by 2 days but it was not delivered as promised. When I finally received the battery, I found that it does not properly fit my laptop. The methods for conducting returns are also difficult.
