I ordered the correct item...thought it wouldn't hold a charge...contacted Customer Service via email, heard back from someone immediately, they listened to my problem (battery wouldn't hold a charge)...Customer Service apologized and sent a new one...second battery, same problem...15 minutes of working time after 24 hours of charge time...so I contacted Customer Service again...it was suggested that perhaps something might be wrong with my charger...have to spend a couple of days locating charger that would work on my Dell laptop...finally located one....plugged up the new battery, charged it up...installed it into the laptop...showed a 4+ hour charge, which is probably the maxim...then charged the first batter they had sent...it also charged to the 4+ hours mark...so...I also needed a new Dell charger...with much embarrassment, I shipped the second battery-operated back to these great folks...so sorry that I didn't realize my charger is bad...now I'm deciding if I want to order a new charger for the Dell, I was so disgruntled over the bad battery issue and some other issues I own had with this Dell, I went out and purchased a new Mac...but the Dell has had other issues recently and it is over 5 years old...hmmm...maybe I entail to list it on [...] or something! not sure what I will do...currently, it is being a paperweight...I was so amazed at the Customer Service, they not only went above and beyond the usual Customer Service every one else seems to have...this crew is a life saver and they grasp things done quickly and correctly.

I recently purchased Laptop Battery for DELL Inspiron for my B130. I found it is OK for the price and it doesn't stay long as the original but work can be done with this.

The battery technically seams fine.It runs the laptop for 3hrs once fully charged. The only problem that I find is that it is loosely fits in the device. one has to be careful to see that after connection with the power the battery is charged, some times you need to push the lever for the battery to charge.It is good enough for the price.

The case of this replacement battery seemed to be very same to the original. After a few hours of charging, the indicator light turns solid green and it is able to power the laptop. The problem is that after being plugged in for an extended period of time, say 6 - 8 hours, the light begins to flash wan, indicating that the battery is failing. If I unplug the charger, the flashing stops and the laptop will run on the battery. The battery seems to work, but I'm concerned that there is a problem with it, as shown by the yellow flashing light.

I ordered this mobile in 8/11/2010, was happy that it performed well for about three months. Then the battery could not hold charge like it used to be (from 2 hrs to 15 minutes by mid December 2010). The item was sold by Fantasia Trading LLC, so beware of what you achieve from these third party battery suppliers. You get what you paid for, and often times, it is not possible to contact them.

This battery is much cheaper than OEM freestyle. I feel satisfy with two year warranty, which no seller can do it. Shipping is on time. Furthermore, I don't need to buy any protection plan which usually charges more fee. It is great!

I have have the battery for less than 1 month so it is very early in the cycle. However it works well and holds it's charge. The battery arrived in about 5 days so I be pleased with that. All in all I am pleased.

I've had this battery for exactly one year and three weeks and it stopped holding a charge about three months ago.

The laptop works correctly when the battery is taken out and is left plugged in beside the AC cord and adapter so that is not the problem.

I've tried taking the battery out, I checked for damage to the prongs, I looked for leakage or connection issues, I even made sure it wasn't an outlet issue. I am horrendously disappointed for the money I spent that this lasted less than a year.

I found this battery to be ineffective. When charging,the computer flashed a warning desk light and would not charge completely. I was able to return it for a full refund.
